HAPPY SUNDAY FOOD LOVERS!

so it's Sunday, a day we are assumed to stay home and chill with our loved ones, a day you can decide to sleep all day. for the working class, today reminds them that Monday is approaching and they get scared lol. i remember when i was working, sunday night was a moody night for me lol anyway, many years ago, the white men introduced what is now a "compulsory sunday rice" to nigerian homes. the main food on sundays in nigerian homes is rice and stew.people however started adding flavour to the rice and started making fried rice, jollof rice, or even rice with sauce on sundays but somehow, in almost every nigerian home today, rice is on the menu. so today, i made what i call "FILLING EGG SAUCE" i call it filling because it contains a lot of goodies that nourishes the body. it's not the usual egg sauce with just tomato and egg. enjoy the recipie. INGREDIENTS Eggs-5 Chicken Sausage Onions-1{big} Tomato- 8balls Sardine- 1 {i used titus} Scotch bonnet pepper-5 ,seasoning- 1 cube any stock of your choice, vegetable oil - 1tbsp, Salt to taste. in a medium pot, heat up the vegetable oil
add the onions, strir fry for 1 minute
add the tomato, pepper and the chicken sausage
add curry, thyme and the stock
allow to cook for 7 minutes
